The service with Mail Boxes it’s just grate, I’ve sent my personal stuff back home, and I was a bit worried in case it get lost or something but the employer there named Claude he just made me feel super secure providing and excellent and professional service, I’ve choose DHL to send my staff and at the end it arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect conditions. This is 100% the best mailing supplies/postal service I’ve been to in the world. The people here went above and beyond to help, making sure I had the right boxes and that they were put together correctly, that I had tracking numbers for everything needing to be tracked, and they were fantastic about questions (thank you, Claude!). They really made sure I knew about the best options for mailing. The location is also fantastic—if you find you’ve got too much stuff while traveling, it’s movements from King’s Cross so you can head over and mail excess items before getting on the train.

A HUGE recommendation for Claude and the team at the Kings Cross Mail Boxes Etc.

While I don't recommend you doing this, we got really lucky with the excellent team. After going to two other shipping facilities (where we were told it was too late), a colleague and I dropped by at 16.00 on a Friday night with two boxes of gear we needed to ship to Ireland - some of which had batteries which made things more complicated.

Claude helped us strategise how best to get our equipment the fastest way possible by breaking up the boxes, repacking, and using two different carriers. He was on WhastApp sending info to their partners - it was a real collaborative effort.

We were totally supported, we were not made to feel like we were idiots or were imposing, but the challenge was made clear.
