I really dont know why this shop has a low rating the staff are super helpful and polite ..they have also taken my evri parcel so I dont know why that review is on here ?

Second time I had to pick-up a DHL parcel from this kiosk and find it closed, but hours indicate open from 9am. DHL update opening hours

The service was great, and the man at the counter was very considerate when I came before my post arrived.
I was about to catch a flight and he was very understanding of my situation. Whilst neither of us could have done anything to make my delivery arrive faster, he was very attentive. 15min later, my delivery arrived, I went to collect it, and he was very helpful and processed it very quickly.

Do not take Ezi (an Evri service) parcel drop off despite what Amazon/Evri state.

Very rude shop attendant.

I had a light weight pre-paid parcel to send.

The shop assistant was belligerent, he took my parcel and shook it vigorously. If that wasn’t mad enough he then demanded I open my sealed parcel to prove to him that there was something inside. (I rightfully refused as I’m visiting a run-down hosting store not an airport security checkpoint). He quickly accepted the parcel when told he be reported to the courier company for acting outside of his role.

I only visited this shop to send a parcel as it was the nearest on the map at the time, the shop is unkept and unpleasant, I would not recommend.

There are many other courier hosting shops nearby.

Scammer. Had a pre-paid parcel I needed to send off, the man at the counter told me I would have to scan an alternative QR code and pay. When I tried to explain to him, my label was already pre-paid he started to argue with me and raised his voice. Could not believe the level of aggression and unprofessionalism just because I was questioning the charge Disgusting attitude towards a curious customer. He has obviously done something to his machine to prevent peoples QR codes working. Either that, or he's profiting off his faulty scanning machine. Went to the Tesco to send off my parcel and there was no problem whatsoever. Will never go in that shop again and would not want to anyway with how disgusting it is in there. Shop clearly hasn't been cleaned in years.

Rude SCAMMER - please BEWARE.
The men that run the shop pretend to claim the PRE-PAID parcel label scanner/printer doesn't work - to extort/charge unwary customers into a fee.

My partner had a PRE-PAID parcel I needed to send off, when he claimed the shop's QR scanner did not work with the QR code provided by EVRI, the man at the counter told me I would have to pay them to print it out and ONLY then would they send it.
Thing is they cannot process the parcel without scanning the QR Code into the EVRI system.

Really dishonest practice.

He was very dodgy. Shop itself is pretty barren - so doubt he sells much else.

A truly phenomenal parcel shop- I use them for their Evri services and they are always extremely efficient and good to work with. The produce in offer in the shop is certainly very interesting as well.
