Completely useless! We’re supposed to deliver my parcel today. Received an email saying that it had been delivered to a neighbour. Tried contacting them to see where the parcel was, because tracking showed one thing and the delivery different. The driver didn’t leave a card or anything. The customer service is crap and they don’t work on the weekends. So now I have to wait until Monday to see if the missing package can be found. Ah, and also trying to get a proof of delivery is impossible. The website gives you the same crap information -delivered to a neighbour!

5STARS FOR HASH!!!

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to HASH! At the barking depot! He was an absolute star! From the moment we walked in he help guide and advice us on how sending a parcel works. His whole attitude and customer service was on point! He definitely deserves a higher position in this job as I believe he would be amazing at leading a team and teaching them how to deal with customers. Any company would be extremely lucky to have him as an employee! And I mean that from the bottom of my heart ! This parcel meant something so important to me and he made it that much more special and it is a moment I will always remember forever. So thank you Hash for being an amazing person but also you should be super proud for being amazing at what you do!

I usually get parcels from HK that arrive on Mondays My usual driver is so nice. On a couple of occasions he has called me if I haven’t been in and I’ve agreed where he should leave it. On Monday I waited all day and at 3.15 I got an email to say they had attempted delivery and left a card. I immediately rushed outside but there was no van. They did not attempt delivery. On Tuesday I was out of town and on weds I tracked the parcel and again it said they had left a card - they hadn’t. I went on line to track and changed my delivery to non signature and had a confirmation that it would arrive Friday. I looked at the tracker on Friday and the parcel was and is still at the depot. DHL phone help was not any help they said I would have to collect My awb is 7875526234

I’m not suprised at all to see bad reviews on this place, they employ absolute jokes that are unable to do the the 1 job they have.
I was waiting for my parcel and received a notification that my parcel was delivered when it clearly was not, I contacted them to carry out an investigation as the proof shows the parcel being handed to a resident at a completely different house. They are unable to take accountability and will definitely not investigate properly if they know the mistake was made by their drivers.
I have ring doorbell footage as proof and the picture they took upon delivery (to the wrong house) and even then they’re not able to admit their fault or do anything about it. Honestly your best bet is to leave them bad reviews and speak out about your experience on social media and other platforms to show how companies like this function. The guy at the reception was rude and didn't gave chance to explain i think maybe he should be trained how to talk with people. He was quick to dismiss us without even looking at our receipts or email and his name was Serif.

Disgusting experience....
Never trust DHL. I have a parcel which needs signature and the parcel man signed the signature himself, and I still didn't see the parcel... Checked everywhere...
Their estimated delivery was a joke, I chose to deliver on Tuesday but on Monday when I was out they suddenly sent to me the driver was out for delivery
Lesson learned: never ever use DHL!

Horrible experience. Driver “attempted” delivery twice although I have a camera and no one showed up. Complaint submitted, manager reassured me that parcel would be delivered that same day. Surprise surprise the courier didn’t bother and my package ended up back at the depot over the weekend for the saga to continue next week. Absolute disgrace.

DO NOT SEND PARCELS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I had my parcels stolen and “signed for” with blurry images posted and claimed that my parcel had been delivered. When I tried to contact them their customer service team has been absolutely appalling handling this situation, passing me from one team to another with no real resolution!! They are thieves. This has been the most stressful situation I have ever had dealing with a delivery. The company I brought the items for said they cannot give me a refund as the items are “signed for” absolutely disgusting from a delivery company!!!!!
