Straight up hate this carrier, so unreliable like it does my head in, i can’t contact them and their website pisses me off, whys it so ugly like i don’t wanna look at your fugly website when all i want is to know where my package is, businesses have to stop using this carrier cause they have no clue what they’re doing, to not even have a valid number is actually mental. mums if i don’t receive my package i’m flying over to the UK and spitting on your nan inshallah they sort this out cause it’s nonsense

They manage a lot of crowdfunding projects distribution.
By "manage" I mean "send packages to wrong addresses without informing the recipients in any way, shape or form". If you are considering backing anything that's going to use wnDirect / Asendia for shipping, you should seriously reconsider.

This might mean your parcel will be reported as sent and simply vanish.

In my experience some publishers will never have this issue. But others will have it almost every time. And you will never know who's fault is it and where the error lies, because wnDirect will never tell you they're sending you anything, just hand over the package to another shipping company. The delivery will fail and it will be returned and the original sender won' receive it either. You will never know about this unless you perform a whole investigation.

This is also dependent on your location and your local services that wnDirect cooperates with. But in my experience, every time I see their name mentioned in an email, I know it means hours of confusion and frustration trying to get items I paid for shipped to me correctly, and then weeks of waiting for a correction. No other company ever gave me such a thrill.

I've ordered parcel from iHerb, received email saying order is on hold due to customs clearance, and that I should contact WnDirect. There's no tracking number and it is no way of contact carriers. Phone number provided is out of service.

Also placed an order at iHerb and have exactly the same issue as mentioned below in the previous review. No way of contacting WnDirect so am trying to see if iHerb will do anything about this. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a package on “2-3 day delivery”. Ordering from UK to Ireland and my package still hasn’t entered the country 19 days later. This company is a disgraceful carrier, packages simply shouldn’t take this long to get moving. Aswell as an awful tracking service. If I could give -stars I would. If you have the choice avoid this delivery company, scam artists.

Absolutely disgusted with the slow delivery, non-existent tracking information from the website and lack of customer empathy...

My parcel is still in the UK, one week after it was collected for delivery to Germany.

The tracking system doesn't work either.

I contacted them via email and they couldn't tell me where my parcel was. I contacted Interparcel, whom I booked the service through and they told me exactly where it was... in WN Directs Depot!

...and with no estimate of when my customer will receive their goods.

Shocking. Avoid.

Ordered from ASOS and it's the first time they used this courier to deliver my package. It's also the first time I never received it! Tracking link does not work. Contacted ASOS support, and this courier said they already delivered it! Do not buy from anyone using this courier. Waste of money.

Do NOT order if this is going to be the courier. Complete fraudsters, they will take the money and not deliver your item(s). Their email does not work when you try to email and just says their inbox is ‘full’ and that they cannot receive inquiries. They don’t answer the phone. Their tracking does not work. Disgusting.
