Hi.
Myself and two friends visited Diamond Logistics on Monday 15th August to view some Fatstick Paddle Boards, and was dealt with buy Jo who couldn’t have been more helpful, with great advice for all three of us resulting in all making a purchase. On return home I found an issue with my board and contacted Jo who resolved the issue the next day. We are all extremely satisfied with our purchases thanks to Jo’s help and professionalism. Terrible customer service, lost parcels, no tracking information. They care more about money than their customers or the knock on effect to your customers. They claim to help your business, thats totally not true, if anything they will harm your business. Even asking a simple question is nearly impossible if you expect a sensible answer. We have been paying a lot of cash to these people with no recipts and no after care. We haven't had an account with this company so for that, we have been lucky but even with no account, they expect you to follow their terms even though this was never discussed. If they , and they will, lose your parcels be prepared to get next to no compensation. Even trying to call them has been an issue, today we had to call their head office to try and get some information as they decided to close early, before 11.30am friday 22nd. We was given a number to call, nothing helpful again. This has been going on for nearly a year now and its got worse week in week out. They are currently trying to expand, well before you do it would be wise to deal with your current customers. We are still waiting to be compensated for lost parcels and we are now considering the small claims court. We will be using parcel monkey from now on.
