James, his family, and his team are all brilliant and the customer experience is always second to none. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and all a good laugh, what a great team.

Took my S1 Exige in due to poor handling, several hours later and James working through his lunch to get finished, couldn't ask for more.

My Exige S1 now feels as it should, some suspension mods to follow and I will be back for some tweeks.

SWLC are such an amazing garage. The whole team are so approachable with a fantastic ’can do’ attitude.

Phil’s knowledge is amazing. I bought a 1990s Lotus Elan and it quickly developed a real running issue. I took it to another well known Lotus specialist in Devon who charged me a lot but the issue actually got worse. I tried SWLC who squeezed me in at short notice even though he was super busy, fixed the problem and saved my trip to the Alps. The car performed fabulously despite the long trip down, and tough roads and mountain passes. This week I popped it in to have a couple of smaller issues solved and Phil and James couldn’t have been more helpful.

If you have a Lotus (or Noble) you couldn’t be in safer hands. Thoroughly recommended.

Went up and met the father and son this week to discuss what I wanted & needed. I’m an Engineer and quite particular of how things are done with garage services. Mainly because the quality of service in most is just getting worse and costing more. The 2 gentleman could not have impressed me more with their knowledge and expertise. Many things were discussed and some I was advised I was wasting my time & money doing and gave me a far better, more economical option. They did what they could to help and went beyond every other service garage so far in there time, advice and friendliness. The car is booked in and I can honestly say I’m not worried it won’t be completed above expectations. Proper old school manners and customer service that you just rarely see nowadays.

Fantastic service from all the guys at SWLC who’ve been looking after my BMW E34. As a new customer I’d just like to say the whole process from start to finish is professional and polite.

From the offering of a courtesy car, the knowledge of James and his Dad Phil, and the excellent communication from Kiera and the techs just make you feel you and your car are being looked after and that no job is too big or small.

This garage is fantastic. I needed new tyres and wanted a specialist and was not disappointed. They know their stuff, helped me out loads as a new Lotus owner and are nice people to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about SouthWest Lotus, Mike and the whole team. I am based in the US and have been working with Mike for the past 6+ months on getting some parts for my Evora. Mike worked with me and charged me very reasonable prices for all the items I needed. He was very clear and responsive and great throughout the whole order process. He worked with my shipping broker to send all parts internationally and I received everything in perfect condition without issue. I would love to visit them if I ever go to the UK again. Highly recommend them.
