During a recent family trip across the east midlands, we picked up an unfortunate flat tyre just south of boston but the friendly gents at the nearby midlands truck and van went above and beyond to sort us out with a speedy replacement and had us back on the road again in no time. Just bought another Vito with low mileage to add to my Company's fleet. I have bought both New and used Vitos from Main Dealers and Independents and now have 16 Vitos on our fleet of some 60 vehicles.
I am now of the opinion that it is better to buy an. approved used vehicle from a MB Dealer than to deal with independents. The MB Dealer may be slightly higher on price than an independent, but the 12 month proper MB Warranty and Pre- Sale checks make any price differential irrelevant.
The purchase was made by phone without seeing the vehicle and the service from Ben Newton was exceptional and professionally handled In every aspect of the whole transaction.
When the Vito arrived, it was immaculate in every aspect and even had 4 new tyres fitted as an unexpected bonus.
10/10 to Ben and the various departments involved with Prep, invoicing, and delivery.
