Excellent experience at this storage facility. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
to anyone. A nice touch is that if you wish you can keep the padlock. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was actually sad to leave 🤔😃 5 stars thoroughly deserved, thank you (my photograph was taken when very little remained in the unit)

24-hour access to a clean modern facility. Friendly staff and a very competitive price for storage. Great introductory pricing and the use of a van to move your stuff in with.

Great place and great staff !
My landlord needed me out of their property asap so i needed a unit for all my things and store first helped me out straight away. Everything was stress free and 24/7 access to my unit whenever . Really would recommend. Can’t fault a thing 🙌🏻

Needed a quick storage for my home belongings as I was moving house, I had a conversation about storage prices and pick ups, When I got to the unit with a gentleman called Steve who kindly spoke to us regarding all the above and showed us to the unit and where we could get trolleys from to unload. We had two units which were plenty for what we needed. No hassle and very happy with the service we received.

Hi I could give zero stars on this I would. The worst experience I’ve had in my entirely life. Been in the UK and this is the first time I experienced racism and prejudice. Before I go in to naming people. Let me tell the story, it’s these kind of information that helps top management or middle management to lead better. I certainly wouldn’t want my employees treating my customers like this.

First, there was no mention that I had to load the truck in one hour. This WAS NOT communicated. All they say is you have three hours from the pick up time to unload your goods. They conveniently leave you got to load the truck in one hour with their “free” pickup. Absolute scam, because most people would not book them if it was said in the beginning, loading furniture, fridge, washing machine and the rest in an hour is no mean feat! So to dupe people into their “free” pick up they leave vital Information out. The worst part is, spoke to 3 different people in the office, spoke to them 7 times, and conveniently didn’t mention it once.

Next, the driver, goes by the name “John”, really not sure if that’s his name, guy in a ponytail, with shaved sides of the head, about 6- 6’2, big build, white Caucasian male was the rudest, most condescending person I’ve had to deal with. When I said, this one hour loading business wasn’t communicated, he became condescending and aggressive repeatedly saying, “yes you were” “you were told” I cannot explain his tone or his facial expression towards me it was disgusting and demeaning, almost has he thought he was better, he was dismissive, and didn't want to look at me or my partner talking to us, for every question we asked he gave us a dismissive answer, like he didn’t want to speak or answer us. He left while we were trying to load the washing machine, he also left the trolley the company sent us to load the goods.

At the office we had the displeasure of engaging with the manager of the office, “ Steve”, supposedly, white Caucasian male, 5,10, medium build, dark brown hair. Kept contesting us, repeatedly. Saying, similar things to “John” and not listening to us or seeing what we have to say. To which he claimed “ he is the nicest bloke” ( referring to John), invalidating our experience and being dismissive and demeaning. However, we witnessed how differently two other people were treated in the office, ( John really was very nice to those people, so was Steve) the only difference was they were white Caucasians. We live in the 21st century, in a progressive world, it was upsetting and more so disgusting! We were not even asked to bring ID, which they claimed they did, but I would urge the management to go through call records and see it for yourselves. We were asked, 3 different forms of ID by Steve, for what reason I don’t know. The clear racial bias and prejudice is sickening and then when I said this, he replied, “ I cannot believe you said that”, honestly, there was no other way to put it kindly. It was clear!, to which I replied. Of course I can tell you how you guys made us feel! Sickening experience.

We also had to spend 200 more on another mover!

This happened, 1/3/2025, the pick up was for 10.00 am, this happened in the office at about 1.00 pm. So if any one in the middle and top management is reading this have a look at CCTV and audio (is available) and listen recoded calls. For customers, tread with caution.

Toilets broken, dust, cobwebs and dirt everywhere, even accumulating in layers on the stairs. Get up to the room my friend has on the third floor and there was music so loud coming out of another room of I'll say lads (although I want to use other, ruder words) I couldn't even talk to my friend. Staff didn't seem to care. Not somewhere I would feel safe alone.
