So we have just moved out of Mccarthys storage, following our house move.

We could not be more happy.

Rob and Sarah in the office bent over backwards to find the right room, they arranged late night access, the room was just right.
We expected 6 months of storage but it worked out at 8 months in the end, and they have been lovely arranging final billing etc.

McCarthy's have been outstanding in all aspects of our move. From Tony who originally consulted with us from a safe distance through a video call to Cherise booking us in and get us set up for the big move to Tony and Simon on the move days making our life as stress free and painless as possible. Gareth, Dan & Anthony did a great job for us. Courteous and careful they moved us on time and without mishap. They were expert in keeping things safe and dismantling then reconstructing beds and sofas. They went out of their way to help us with a couple of knotty problems and also managed to negotiate roadworks just outside our new home.

Had a very pleasurable move in the other day! Was welcomed by Jodie where she explained the process and showed me around the storage unit. She helped me figure out the best plan for moving my stuff with being a student and suggested a few tips on how to make moving easier! A great service using McCarthy for moving!

Convenient and reasonably priced. Proved to be the best way to store my son's university stuff over the summer. Way easier than carting everything home and back in a van. Good customer service too.

Absolutely fantastic service. For the first part of our move.

Adam and Richard came and packed our whole house in two days to take it to storage.

They took care whilst packing up. They were friendly and chatty!

Would 100% recommend the packing service!

We hope we get Adam and Richard again when we get our things back out of storage.

McCarthy's helped us move house in October. They did an excellent job, despite us having endless boxes of stuff including breakables. Dave and Gary were particularly helpful. they were friendly, worked really hard and were considerate about our property and about us. We would definitely use them again (although we don't intend to move again in the near future!) and have already recommended them to friends who are want to move house soon.
