Not impressed that one of your HGV's has just used Occupation Road Albert Village (DE118HA) 2:47pm as a short cut. Your drivers need lessons on road signs.

Hmmmmm. Wer do I start. Its advisable to arrive with a reference that allows u to gain access. If not the reception will let you in but be warned. Goods in frown on this. If u arrive wen its busy don't expect a quick turn around. Goods in are very professional but don't seem happy to be there. There's no banter and every time I've delivered here I've drove away feeling frustrated and as everyone knows a frustrated 44ton lorry driver is a potential accident waiting to happen

Use someone else, these are terrible. Drivers with terrible attitudes who dump things in the middle of the road. They don’t even bring the right equipment

It was nothing to do with “uneven ground” we’ve had around 100 of these pallets before without a issue. The two drivers you sent had bad attitudes and had no interest in doing their job.

If Stonework marketing want to continue using your service we will no longer use them (costing them £10,000 per season)

Absolutely disgusting service dumping a ton pallet in a busy drop off area.

Very professional and well organised company. As a truck driver who delivered goods, unloading was very fast and moreover I was allowed to park my truck for some time afterwards.
