Excellent service, I had ordered 9 x exhibition budgerigars from Surrey to Birmingham, the birds were collected on Wednesday AM and delivered on Thursday PM, all budgerigar arrived safe and sound. Thank you!

It's good just to record any payments made in cash. Ive used the service I think 5 times now for delivering parrots. Not had any major issues apart from some confusion if it's payment on collection/delivery from the drivers. But this most recent time, I recieve a message a week later to say ill automatically get a recovery company coming if I dont respond by midnight as I have an outstanding payment.

I call back to highflyers, they inform me the driver has written pay online. Keep in mind there's no way to pay online, it's cash in hand to the drivers. I stated what happend, that I gave the cash to the driver, the driver asked for a less amount, I gave the right amount as it should be more as I had multiple boxes. I got the response they'll have to hear from the driver.

My anxiety was going crazy. Additionally i was able to contact the driver - who said what happens and who he gives the cash to - but he was talking in general terms, not admitting to remember him specifically taking the birds and cash at 5am in the morning, he advised to ring the office tomorrow. Yet highflyers weren't able to contact him, I heard nothing back, until I messaged them at 10pm, which I recieved the response they will speak to the driver tomorrow. The next day I hear it was an error on their side, with no apology - instead post review I was told my booking said payment online - eventhough there's no optkon for that on their booking form.

UPDATE to review: I've since had the service another 2 times, once for tortoises another for birds. And not had any issues. It's just unfortunate that one issue had happened.

Hi this was my 1st time using high flyers the service is 2nd to none absolutely brilliant they picked up in Scotland and delivered to Northampton all for under £100 ,because I'm hard of hearing they notified me via text and email they kept me informed every step of the way ..if you have any doubts then loose them,use this service I would give 10 stars if there was 10
