Exceptional service. After struggling with FedEx and DHL to arrange international shipping, I reached out to UDS and was thoroughly impressed. They provided a fast, efficient service, collecting my parcel from Dubai and delivering it to the UK within just a few days. I wish I had gone with them from the start. ALERT ‼️STOP 🛑 Don’t opt this courier company, I didn’t Have cash to pay so I refused, workers are advised to demand only cash or price will be 5x. They don’t give you any paperwork,Second time I was quite stunned ,with their repetitive rude behaviour He said price is £60 kg in Cash for 1.8kg, usually I pay £15-£20. They must be reported to Trading Standard for illegal activity. I went upstairs in their office to complain, surprisingly young guy calls himself an owner of the company asked me to leave if I don’t pay £60 after waited 20 mins since no one had no information about the price was quoted to me.
no employees are trained to be polite and cooperative. OPT OUT

The best service, the team is truly remarkable and goes out of their way to help. Sending drivers to meet me when I was on deadline and helping in anyway they can! Jotie who I worked with closely, has been incredible and a total star always doing her best to help and get things done! One of the worse courier company in the area. Poor service by the whole team and no updates on the goods you send with them. Bunch of lairs work at the company all they want is your money and they even charge fee on card payments. Avoid at all costs unless you want your parcel to be lost or stolen then use them. Spoken to everyone in their company regards to my package no track of it. Rude people and poor customer service not to mention Ali warehouse worker behaving rudely with me over the phone.
