Quoted one price, and then when we arrived at the destination, driver pressured us to pay an extra £5 beyond the quote, plus no assistance with large bag and not even dropped at the terminal – asked to "walk 2 min" which was more like 5 min, in order for driver to avoid fees. We also told driver when booking, that we were booking contingent on paying with credit card and driver nonetheless tried to pressure us to get cash from an ATM to pay. Would not recommend this service.

edit: we did pay the extra £5, contrary to this reply that we "refused to pay." in addition, based on the reply from the business, I would like to clarify that we specified both drop-off locations when booking, and all we received was a confirmation, no notification about an extra charge. please see the screenshot. furthermore, the pressure to get cash was before even trying the card reader, and the driver was visibly annoyed when we preferred to try paying with card first.
