I went in on a quiet Sunday morning. I was the only person there, except for the manager who was out on the shop floor. I just wanted one item, which was clearly marked £1.50 on the shelf. The manager had to stop what he was doing to go behind the till to serve me. I felt guilty for only wanting one item, but I had the cash ready to makes things quick. He then said “£1.60”. It was only 10p difference, so I quickly found the extra coin and paid. It seemed petty to say anything. It was only afterwards that I thought – either they’re hopeless at repricing their items on the shelves, or he decided to overcharge me for the time I’d cost him for only one item. Regardless, I went to the COOP for the same item the following week, which was £1.50 on the shelf, and £1.50 at the till. I will use the COOP from now on.

Went in to send a letter recorded to Ireland, they don't have a clue what there doing or with the Computers. Miserable aswell, went to aldershot post office and it was sorted without any hassle.

Finally got new staff!! Absolutely over the moon ! They couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend returning if you haven't been .

Very rude people in there. No one in shop and I was waiting to post a parcel. The guy decided to carry on stacking the shelves or picking an order and left me waiting for 5 mins at the till for no reason. Used to be an old lady in there who was very nice and helpful, not these people.

No matter how busy the counters for post office or groceries are, the staff are always friendly, welcoming & try to serve people in order with difficulty if only 1 member of staff on duty. The shop is clean, well maintained & well stocked with good promotions & day to day basics.

This post office makes up there own rules on cash deposit amounts and they are racist ! Including the Indian man and the old lady she will not accept your cash if It includes Scottish money even though it’s legal tender they don’t deposit money during normal opening hours unless the man is there he was at the cash and Carry at 9am and the lady said she can’t deposit my cash until he is back.

The Indian man hates people of us own ethnicity and tried to antagonise me by causing a scene when the lady lied about Scottish money not being legal tender until I told him I’m a Solictor he piped down on the threatening behaviour avoid this place it’s not a proper post office should be shut down

Desapointed and upset I use this post office to send items i sold on Ebay. That is three times now i had to refund buyers because they didnt receive their items or the enveloppe was damaged. And the buyers blames me!!! Also I use to work in retail and there customer service is horrible. I don't know if they have to ask what people send but i notice the same guy who serve me always ask me what i'm sending 🙁 🙁

Very disappointed with this Post Office. Been here a couple of times to find the Post Office closed. Tried again today, specifically checked their website and opening hours which said they closed at 6pm. Was told very rudely that the Post Office shut at 4pm and I quote "I'm not putting that through now". I questioned the opening hours on the website and was told, again very rudely, that it was The Post Office fault that the advertised hours were incorrect. When I left the store I looked at my watch and it was only 4:05pm! Will not use this store again and do not recommend it due to the rudeness of that particular staff member (have had a couple of dealings with). Use Nisa in Tongham instead, they know how to treat their customers.
