Worst delivery office. Waiting for a parcel been sent to me 48h service its been a week. Received email two days in a row that they could not deliver as the building was inaccessible absolute lies. Door bell never rang. Second time I caught him driving past without even getting off his van and I received the “we missed you” email. From now I will do my best not to use Royal mail lazy liars. He was fiddling with his handheld device on the van while waiting at the lights opposite my window. Assuming he was clicking there that he could not access the building. Terrible.

The people behind the counter are always very nice. The opening hours are okay and reasonable. I have never had a problem with poor customer service. I have also not ever had to wait for very long.

Since lockdown, I have had to use this service (not many times). The man behind the counter with a white beard, British, late 40s, around 5'8'' is really kind and very helpful. A big thank you goes to him for his hard work and great attitude.

***I visited this place again in June 2022. It was in the afternoon and the person behind the counter was really nice. She has short dark hair and she was extremely polite.***

I always try to avoid Royal Mail as we are never in at home and they won’t leave the package even though I have mentioned it before !
I’ve since ordered something that is coming via Royal Mail (not to my knowing) it’s now at the sorting office that’s open for 2 hours a day !!

Now I play tennis with the Royal Mail trying to get my package for the next week again !!

Will again go back to trying to avoid

This office held my parcel hostage instead of delivering it, forcing me to pay £3.50 extra for a package that was just a few millimeters too big for the letterbox. No attempt to deliver, no common sense—just delays and extra fees. Terrible service.

High value envelope, sent signed for, disappeared after arriving at this delivery office. As the value of the item is readily available to staff on their system, I have to assume that it was a member of staff that stole the item. I keep tracking but it remains 'ready for delivery'. Complaints raised - nothing after a week. 30 minute waut on complaints / customer service line!!! What a dismal service, employing thieves!!

Closing at 10am is ridiculous for people like myself who are working, both times my delivery was "delivered unsuccessfully" no one came to my door or even attempted to deliver it. And now I cant pick my parcel up for over a week

Phoned royal mail by accident instead of another competitor and after waiting 23 mimutes to get through to a human when I did eventually get through she was extremely helpful.

what the hell is going on!! i ordered two packages through amazon and boohoo and apparently royal mail are delivering them and have attempted delivery, i have a ring doorbell so absolute lies as delivery was never even attempted!! sort it out!!
