It’s the worst company to use never ships the order and alway lies chosen time was 9-1pm had left a card at 7am stated you were not at home. Rearrange it same thing happening for 3 items. Don’t use this company you would regret. I would have given 0 star if there was an option.

Never gave me a chance to answer the door, went out shopping 3 hours later, went out security door to find a card with my name on it stuck to to ground, wet after a down pour. Is there a way to contact customers to inform them a parcel is on it's way like what DPD do?

one of the lowest service one can expect. DHL must be ashamed. they are bunch of corrupt people who provide wrong information. there is no way you can contact them. I was told that the driver didnt get the access to deliver , while driver hasnt turned up at all. Someone told me that DHL use agency drivers and agency drivers dont care for low service
