If we are lucky we get a post once a week we had a great post man for years he went ?then we had a female which was great again I believe she has been premonition now back to ones a week again I have a large parcel box and a letter box at my gate so very easy for them yet got a card saying couldn't deliver didn't ring the bell so how you ment to be there I don't

This service is not fit for purpose, after waiting 10 minutes the phone line went died. I had not received any mail for 8 days and important letters have not been delivered, some posted 1st class.

2 items, one 1st class, 1 Signed for, failed to be delivered within 3 days; you cannot speak to the delivery office, except in person (300 miles away) and cannot query any traceable item for 2 weeks, by which time any recollection of a reason will be long forgotten. 1st class means nothing, an expensive nothing.

Terrible service. 48hr delivery not even attempted 4 days in a row then item sent to Woking for some reason. Still not delivered 5 days later and no way of contacting them, no email, no phone, no online chat nothing. If you try and make a complaint the service directs you round in circles seemingly to prevent you doing so. By far the worst delivery service of all.

My 48hour tracked parcel was left here for 13 days. When they finally got around to delivering it, went to the wrong address, wasting more of my time to chase up. Don’t know why the service here has fallen so much since 2022?

Absolute shambles. My 48 hour package has been stuck here for over a week. No response from RM on this. It’s unbelievable how they can still continue to take money for a service they are unable to provide.

So having paid for a redirection service from 29 October 2021, our post is returned to sender, how do I know this? Telephone call from the health service on 11/11/21 asking if I have moved as my appointment letter has been returned to them. First phone call to Royal Mail on 11/11/21 to very helpful person who raises a complaint and says Farnham office have 72 hours to investigate & provide answers.

However I get an email later in the day saying the issue has been reported to Farnham delivery office manager & steps will be taken to make sure this doesn’t happen again. No reason is given for why the post is being sent back. Even so, I’m quite impressed by the instant response.

However, another 3 phone calls and 4 emails later, each one having had 72 hours to reply, our post is still being returned to sender, we have had to phone banks and credit card companies to get cards unlocked, statements re sent, calls to opticians to establish where contact lenses parcels have gone and get additional ones sent out again, calls to health professionals to get important letters re sent.

Each person I speak with and email says how profusely sorry they are for the inconvenience that has been caused, but not one of them has resolved this ongoing issue.

To add insult to injury I’ve been given the paltry sum of £6.58 which is the cost of one month of the redirection service, I’ve spent more than that on phone calls to various companies as I’ve ended up trying to do the job Farnham sorting office has been paid to do!

I have lost all confidence in RMs ability to fix this problem and the abysmal lack of response has been truly dire. Postman Pat and Mrs Goggins would provide a better service.
