FEDEX IS USELESS

I have never dealt with a more incompetent, careless, and brain-dead company in my life.
We shipped 5 boxes, gave clear instructions: “Leave them downstairs” They ignored it, failed delivery three times, and kept lying:
“We’ll deliver tomorrow.”
“It’s out today.”
“The driver will call you.”
None of it happened.

After 2 weeks of us calling and chasing them daily, they randomly returned the boxes to the old address in a completely different city WITHOUT asking. And worse?
The boxes were left on the STREET for TWO DAYS. I called them in a panic, REQUESTING them to pick them up, and they still did NOTHING.

Now they say we have to pay again to get them redelivered?

Are you out of your mind?!?

FedEx is a joke. They don’t care about your stuff. They don’t care about you.

If you value your time, your sanity, or your belongings – DO NOT USE FEDEX. EVER.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I had a FedEx order that failed multiple delivery attempts due to "no one available to receive the package," which is completely false. My building has a 24-hour reception, and there are dedicated staff available to accept deliveries. When I contacted customer service, I was told the driver attempted delivery five times, each time claiming the location was unsuitable for delivery—yet there were no further explanations or pictures to show any actual attempt. Furthermore, when I tracked the package online, it clearly shows the items were never even moved from Dartford during these five attempts.

I reached out to customer service after the first failed attempt, and they confirmed they would note that the front desk could accept the package, but the delivery still failed. I suspect the drivers never even attempted to deliver to the reception and simply decided to push the responsibility back onto the customer.

I work in-office five days a week, and I simply do not have the time to pick up my parcel from a pickup point so far outside London. This is irresponsible and unprofessional service. I expect better from a company like FedEx.

How dose a package take so damn long to move. In 5 days the package has gone in and out of clearance 4 times and moved to 2 different branches. Paid for it to get here on a monday and the following friday its still not moving. Last time I use fedex to deliver anything. Completely useless.

Here is what happened:

FedEx charged me 225.14 pounds on 31Dec2024 for importing an antique sword made in 19th century, from Germany to UK. After waiting for a month, FedEx confirmed they cannot import this sword to the UK, which I understood. Then I request FedEx to refund the import charge, given the sword (will be returned) had been returned.

After another month, as of today which is 18Mar2025, FedEx told me "As of today D/T Invoice for this tracking#77174843.... has not been processed/generated in our system yet. We are not aware of the time frame; however as soon as it shows in the system we can assist you further."

There are three points I do not understand: 1/ Since the beginning of the shipping order been created, we specified this is an antique sword of more than 100 years to be imported to the UK, which is legal. If FedEx cannot handle this case, why take this order, then waste people's time for 3 months? 2/ Why FedEx charge the import cost to the client, even before FedEx can confirm they are able to import client's parcel? 3/ Given the parcel has been returned, how does FedEx even doesn't know when the import cost they charged 3 months ago will be refunded to the client?

To me it seems there is some space for FedEx to further optimize their workflow and system.

I'm not happy with FedEx. I got a text saying it would be delivered at 9.40 to 1.40 clock. So I saw , I did to go and walk my dog. I came back to find that the package was ready. Try to be delivered and have to be signed for. So now I do not get my package today. This has made me very angry.

I don’t get it , my shipment left China 10 days ago and after stopping in Shanghai, New Delhi, Dubai and Paris, it’s now spent 4 days In dartford being told that I’ve got to wait another week to get it the final 150 miles. As someone who’s spent 25 years in logistics, I would have been fired along time ago if I ever pull something like this. Completely ridiculous. Highly suggest DHL next time around if you don’t want the sarcasm.

Absolutely useless! They received my package on the 5th (20 days ago) and it still hasn't moved. I tried to call them, but of course you can't speak to an actual person and the AI chat bot couldn't give me any answers either
