Not sure why this place even offer parcel collection service. Unless the time you come suits the shop keeper he will never take your parcel regardless the day of the week or time of the day. If you are to collect your parcel parcel tou will have to go to the back of the shop to find your own parcel in the pile of parcels. Not secure as you can help yourself to anyone's parcel and not something I want to do, dig through the pile of parcels to find my own parcel.
The shop keeper is always rude and ignorant

I recently visited a shop and was pleasantly surprised the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly specially Suba offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that I had a positive shopping experience. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organisation of the store, making it easy to browse and find what I was looking for. Overall, I highly recommend this shop.

Have found certain staff to be unfriendly and at times downright rude. Have had an item lost from this post office and then lately an item delayed and then returned as staff had made error on label. It was an item which needed to arrive in a certain time frame but ended up being over a month late. Will not return.

Excellent service, super friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. I get parcels delivered to this post office which gives piece of mind as I can never guarantee I will be home when a delivery is due so I never miss a parcel anymore. I also send lots of parcels too. They can be extremely busy especially as there is only 1 member of staff but they are still there with a smile on their face happy to help. Would definitely recommend going here if you want good, reliable and quick service.

I had to call to police today as the member of stuff was drunk. I came to pick up my parcel force and evri parcels, they do not provide barcodes , so I showed him my ID and tracking number. He said I need barcode, come tomorrow. I insisted, that I never need a barcode for evri and parcelforce, also on my email it says only show ID, no barcode. He still repeats barcode. Then he served other customers ignoring me, like I’m not the customer.Then I just found my parcel on the floor and showed my ID to him. He still said he can’t give it to me and all shaking, talking weird things like he needs to open my parcel, then started shaking my parcel, smell of alkohol from his mouth. He then said go look yourself for another parcel or don’t come here again. I reported it. Never had such disgusting situation, he must be sacked first of all because being drunk, what to talk about customer service skills… zero existed
