The staff was rude.

I showed him a tracking number for my parcel and then he shouted at me saying he didn't know which courier company it belonged to as they had 5.

Then he dropped the pen at the counter when asking me to write down the tracking number as if he couldn't care less.

Not one single "please" or "thank you" during the whole conversation, which is really shocking customer service quality. Didn't expect this to happen at a post office.

I recently visited the Epsom Post Office and was pleasantly surprised by the new management. The two new Indian gentlemen running the place are doing an excellent job. They were efficient, courteous, and made my visit smooth and hassle-free. The service was prompt, and they handled my requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude. It's great to see such positive changes. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend this post office to anyone in the area.

My whole experience using this Post Office was awful. The lady that served me (in counter on the left) was unattentive, super slow, rude & on top of all that, she threw my fragile package into the post bag behind her. It was a special gift to my mum with Alzeimers who lives overseas, it's pretty much going to be broken when it arrives before it's even left the post office. I'm so upset!
