Paid to send parcel but receiver told postage hadn’t been paid so paid even more money to send, expected two days later but 4 days on still not arrived!!!! Told post office, not their problem, it’s now royal mails, so rang Banstead sorting office that told me they had parcel ready to deliver!!! Three days later still not arrived. Customer service asked us how we know they have parcel!!! Horrendous customer service all round.

BEWARE TIMES aren't correct I have visited several times and this office is not open at the times advertised. Please factor this into your visit as the office might be closed.
Royal mail should be ashamed of this as it is really inconsiderate to not be open when it clearly states on the website and on the door what the opening hours are. An absolute inconvenience and such as waste of people's time.
I tried to call customer services and was told that the average waiting time for a call to be answered was 60 mins, I waited 32 minutes and gave up. Appalling service!!!

They appear to have lost my 2year old grandson's Christmas present. I was promised delivery on Thursday, but it is already Saturday night and I keep being told it is being "today" on each of Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It is only going from Epsom to Banstead. Very poor show!

Completely unrealistic opening times, the staff are generally really lovely. But unable to meet with demands.
The opening times to collect parcels are ludicrous and mean if you work at all you are unable to retrieve parcels.
Where at all possible I use any delivery service that isn't RM and id suggest doing the same.
I will state again though I have only ever encountered ONE rude member of staff in the 8 plus years I have lived in here. The company is a shambles.

15.11 and website says office is closed! Apparently PF tried to deliver parcel and left a card but the picture (from the supplier after querying whereabouts) shows they are trying to deliver to wrong house and no card left to ascertain whereabouts of parcel! Appalling service.

When the price of a 1st class stamp is £1.10 you at least expect a 1st class delivery. posted Mothers day cards on the 16th and never arrived until the 21st. 4 working days for a 1st class price. Still prioritising parcels Royal Mail A joke of a delivery office. Shocking.
