Nothing wrong with the staff, though they seem a bit unhappy to be there. But the place seems unmanaged. Only 2 windows opened whilst about 15 people on a queue, took about 25min to get through. On a Saturday (19 Oct) came to collect my parcel to find that the office was closed completely due to staff shortage. Seriously, somebody sort it out!

Every single time, when the clock strikes 1pm and people get the chance to take their parcels and letters to the post office on Old Christchurch Road, there is no staff there. Yesterday, the queue counted fourteen (!!!) people, with only one (!!!) counter open. It's an absolute disgrace how this place is managed because this was not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, i work around the corner, and it's the only post office between there and Lansdowne. I hope that the Post Office's shareholders in Dubai and Singapore appreciate the suffering British people have to go through so they can make a decent profit.

I am amazed with the laziness in this store. They are always slow, or they open late or close early. Also, at midday they always in their lunch break, so basically you can only go there and get service not before 9:30/10 until (luckily) 12 (they may not be there anymore then) and again if you lucky maybe after 2pm you may get some service. But make sure to be waay before 5:30 if you want to get anything done. They don’t care about their customers..why is no one doing anything about this? Its been like this for years, and the general feedback clearly reflects it.

Unexpectedly closed on Saturday from 13:00 to 14:00. When it did open they were unable to renew driving licence due to gadget failure.

The ladies working upstairs are not looking happy or friendly when its gets slightly busy and this is not customers fault. Also, I had to collect some money and obviously I dont carry a pen with me wherever I go. The lady working behind a full cover glass with glasses had to borrow one and she had a very rude face expression and gesture when she had to pass me one. Not very nice

Should be open from 9am....its 9.16am...still not open. Unbelievable. The worst post office I have ever seen. There is always an hour que even if its only 4 customer, unorganized etc.

Went in today and the lady with glasses behind the cover glass was very helpful and was very kind and patient with me when I was struggling, she also gave me a pen when needed and served me with a smile the whole time, 10/10 service would recommend
