Cannot fault Luxfords on our recent move and can whole-heartedly recommend. Before the move they were very responsive to questions and gave helpful and practical packing advice. The men on the day were brilliant, reassuring in their approach throughout, very careful with the buildings and boxes/furniture (no breakages or damage), very friendly and keen to ensure everything was where we wanted it to be before they left.

Luxfords was recommended to me by a family member who moved six years ago. From the initial visit to moving day everything went smoothly. I’m amazed that the number of boxes supplied were the exact number needed. The three removal men were really friendly and humorous and made the whole move relaxed and not stressful. Very efficient service. The Removal men arrived in a very timely manner, were very helpful and polite and managed to pack my belongings in 7 crates instead of the quoted 8.
They finished the loading early on the second day allowing me to leave the house earlier than expected.

Really reliable and professional. They really do stand out from the other moving companies. I was dreading moving as I hadn’t moved for 8 years and didn’t know where to start. Luxfords felt much more personal and friendly than the other companies, came out and calculated what I needed - which was spot on, they provided more than enough quality boxes and all the other bits I would need too. I don’t even want to think about how stressful it would have been without them. The movers on the day (Steve and James) were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. They also went out of their way to eventually get my sofa in the house!! They did a great job on a rainy day. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend and will be using you again in the future.

Our experience right from the first point of contact, through the booking process and the move itself was fantastic - we couldn’t have asked for more.
Sam, Natalie and Colin were really helpful in scoping and organising the move. This was our first move for nearly 30 years, leaving our family home, and the team led by Ashley did everything they could over the 5 days to make the move as easy for us as possible - whilst doing it as efficiently as possible.
Frankly all just nice people who knew what they were doing ! We can't recommend more highly.

Luxfords were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. They really looked after us. A big thank you to all the staff but a special thank you to Luke and Chris who worked so hard in freezing conditions and still stayed cheerful. We can't recommend Luxfords highly enough!
