I'm a repeat customer of Access Self Storage! My go to place when moving areas or cities. Everyone has always been so kind. However, Nick in the Mitcham branch has been extremely helpful and kind! From when I first moved cities to the ongoing support! Thank you so much Nick and team! Highly recommend!

I have used Access self storage in the past. I have had to use them again. The staff are very helpful. From advising on the storage unit to using the app. Ian in particular gave outstanding service hence the 5 star mark.

Did a Google search for office rental space in London.

Found Access Self Storage. Thought they were a good option due to their low prices and short contracts which would allow me, an independent computer games developer, to set up a small office with a desk and computer while I work on my first published game.

First of all, the prices they advertise on their website are misleading at best. They say £85 per person per month, which could be accurate for 70 square foot of floor and a few wall sockets, and then they tell you £300 per month when you try to get a quote, 3.5x more than their website says.

Alright, I'm not unreasonable, that's still a hefty fee for a box room and some wall sockets when 2x that (600) gets you space in a residence in Greater London at the moment, but let's say you're willing to pay £300 a month.

Their website explicitly states the following:
"Our private office spaces in Mitcham are presented unfurnished and can be rented for as little as 3 months."

This is a flat lie. When I phoned Mitcham, and asked for a quote, and got past the massive price increase, I was then told that the minimum duration was 24 months, 8x longer than this line from their website advertises.

Paying £70 PER WEEK I might be able to overlook. Being told I would be locked in for 8 times the duration I was expecting is just false advertising.

It was at this point I hung up because I fully expected that if I proceeded, I would sign the contract and then be told, oh, by the way, the "private" office space isnt actually "private" private. The space in the open plan office is for your "private" use, but the rest is used for 3 other businesses...

No thanks. I don't trust these people, and if you're smart, you wouldn't either.

Very happy with the service, Ian was very patient with me as I hadn’t filled my forms beforehand and very cheerful for a Sunday morning :). He was thorough with showing me all the details and taking me up to my storage space (I have been left to find on my own by other companies before). App is very easy to use to get in and out easily

Good and friendly customer service from Ian & Zvaar. Both explained everything very clearly and gave us some good tips to save some money, when we visited and they were always there to help if we have any problem. On top of that, a very good price if you are looking to get self storage. I am not sure if anyone can beat their prices, I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have had a unit at Morden for 12 years. The staff there, Nick, Ian and Az are amazing. They are extremely professional, personal and caring. I’ve just given up the unit as I don’t need it anymore and I’ll miss this excellent team who always treated me like a friend rather than a customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
