Came here to collect parcel at 8 o clock. Waited here for 1 hour 30 minutes for a person who have trolley key with him.
Have to catch flight told the the person at the reception he said everytime people have flight to catch. Showed him boarding pass aswell. Very rude and worst service.
Collection timing 8 - 10 o clock.

Service is so bad, I waited over 20 minutes before someone attended the desk, there were over 7 people waiting. While we can see someone inside doing other things, in the postoffice, no one was coming to the front desk.

They have lost my parcel , I’m convinced the driver take a photo for or off of delivery and steal the parcels, no communication or ringing the door

My parcel is missing for 3 days now and they can’t help because they GPS says it was delivered

Terrible delivery office and worst customer service. You call Royal Mail and sit in the phone for 30min to be told that an attempt was made for delivery and they couldn’t access the building when you have been sat by the intercom all day and no one buzzed to gain access? Plaistow DO are literally the stupidest delivery office I’ve ever encountered. Argumentative customer service. Not only that my delivery tracking still says Ready for Delivery after 4 days and no change, no answers on where my package is? What is happening? Delivery office also has stupid opening hours? Two hours every day from 8-10am? On weekdays? When people are working? It’s like the most incompetent bunch of people have been hired and have our parcels and valuable items at their hands. Can’t be trusted, I wouldn’t be surprised if the post men or the delivery office staff are stealing parcels. Your parcels will go missing, I suggest you request senders to send you parcels using any other service other than Royal Mail.

Just did ring one time in door bell and go away. Service is very poor. When we open the door coming from upstater the delivery woman go away.

I hate royal Mail so much. They are the worst company to deal with. Never do the deliver on time, they lie continuously saying your not At home whilst I'm standing there waiting for my item so I can go out, frustrating when I take time off work for important deliveries just to say you were at home? Everyone in my area hates dealing with royal mail. Parcels have been lost by them. I think companies should be ashamed to use their service. Never do I have a problem with Evri or Amazon or Stuart or any other company. Only royal mail. Sack the management and those who work for them. They are better off unemployed taking benefits.

Now I understand why this postal service has so many bad reviews. I didn't receive three deliveries due to the wrong address, but I've received packages at this address before. Royal Mail has my number to send SMS notifications, but they don't call when the delivery person is here; I could have come down and received the delivery if they had called. But there are incompetent and irresponsible people working here. If you want to make a complaint, it's impossible because if you call customer service, no one answers even after 20 minutes of waiting, there's no email provided anywhere; they do everything possible to make it impossible to contact them. And the office only operates for 2 hours a day in the morning. Terrible company, I don't recommend using their services; I had a horrible experience.

They sent my package back to the sender after 3 days, is that normal? I don't think so.
