Exceptional customer service by the 2 staff members (One is with glasses and the other one was cool hats) really take their time and understand exactly what you want. It definitely be using them again and again for my personal brand as well as recommend them to others

Would give 5 stars, as the staff are friendly and I was pleased with my T-Shirts. The reason for 3 stars is because one was lost for the wait and the other for the collection experience.

I dropped the T-Shirts in and was told 3 working days. After 4 working days I called the shop to chase and was told they were waiting for materials to be delivered and the order would be ready "Monday latest" (the call was made on Thursday). Monday and Tuesday came and went, I finally received notification to collect Wednesday, 7 working days later.

When I went to collect, the front door was locked. There was a sign saying "Back in 20 minutes" but here's the thing guys, how do we know when the sign was put up, there was no time stamp...how long do we wait? 5 minutes, or have I just missed you and I wait for 20? The sign also gave a number to ring, but the number is the shop's landline so with the shop empty, nobody picked-up.

So, product great, staff friendly, but the wait and collection was frustrating. Easy fix, better communication.

Exceptional service from Hassan and his team. Fast turnaround. Clear communication. Great print job. Hand delivery to the venue and then last minute change of delivery address due to heavy traffic. All handled with politeness and efficiency. Highly recommended.

The worst service ever! I had problems with my laptop keyboard, they pushed me to pay for the scanning to informed me that the problem is exactly what I said. After a month (!) of waiting, they "fixed" my laptop. They were supposed to replace my keyboard with another one (and charged me for that) but instead 100% just tried to fixed mine because the keyboard is still not working as it is supposed to and I just have new problems. For that they charged me £180 !!! In addition, my laptop now looks horrible. NEVER GO THERE

Ordered a framed picture from ink hive printers and I was very pleased with the quality.also the friendlies of the staff and speed of service.
