I was assigned to a site in London by DFG. After a few days, I was falsely accused of leaving the site unattended, which I strongly deny. When I asked them to check CCTV footage to confirm the truth, they refused to do so and didn’t give me a fair chance to explain. They also blamed me for spilling water in the staff room during hours when I wasn't even on duty hours. Again, I asked for proof, but none was provided. I was also told I had a ‘bad attitude,’ despite always greeting and assisting customers. As a result of these accusations, I lost the site. Overall, I felt the company was not cooperative and prioritized the client’s word over supporting their own staff. Compared to other security companies I’ve worked with.
