DO NOT DELIVER AMBIENT LOADS HERE WITH A BOX TRAILER WITHOUT AN ATTACHED LADDER……….Rejected load because there’s no ladder on trailer, Not even a separate step ladder……health and safety won’t allow it ffs!!!

although they’re quite happy for you to manually pump 1ton pallets out!!!! Joke!!! 🤬

If you have a delivery for this place welcome to your nightmare. Over 4 hours for 10 pallets. Nobody has a clue when is your turn.

I absolutely hated working at this place it's one hassle after another, the management doesn't appreciate your time and efforts. They are complicated and they have horrific crashes because of stress dangerous firm

My review is based on my many times delivering here. (Ambient side only)

If you are too early for your booking times they send you away, if you are too late for your booking times they send you away.

If you are near your booking time they let you in and keep you waiting on average 2-4 hours.

If your booking time is late afternoon they only have 1 forklift guy unloading all the trucks so wait times are even longer ( i dont blame him as he is doing his best i blame poor management of staff)

Facilities for drivers waiting are pretty much nonexistent and the toilets absolutely stink.

Every time i see this delivery on my paperwork i dread going there.
