The staff is helpful, but the company’s policies are unacceptable. They don’t answer phone calls – communication is only possible via email. When you arrive, they won’t let you in to take photos. There’s a lack of flexibility and professionalism in how they treat customers

D&G rescued me from M20...It was bank holiday Monday so expected a really long wait but they were with me within 2 hours but kept me informed with texts and phone calls the whole time.
Zaaron the recovery driver was very professional, friendly and polite a credit to D&G.

Excellent service from start to finish. Huge shout outs to Diane, Harpal and Stephen.

Diane was keen to ensure we were safe and warm whilst we waited for the mechanic, and was flexible in accommodating our requests for communication.

Harpal was so polite, professional and helpful. Keen to understand the situation and provide an accurate estimated time of arrival.

Finally, Stephen the mechanic was brilliant. Very friendly and even taught me how to jump start a car properly. He also fitted a new battery but did not put on the hard sell, and instead focused on getting us value for money. Saved us a few bob as well - had we gone elsewhere.

Noone likes breaking down, but if you are in the unfortunate situation just like my father-in-law was, then I would recommend this firm 100%.

I was very impressed with D & G Assist yesterday evening when they came to my rescue after my car wouldn't start. They kept me updated to let me know where the driver was. When Maurice arrived he was very pleasant and helpful. I needed a new battery and by the time I'd paid his colleague, the battery was fitted. Excellent service. Thank you.

D & G trucks came to tow our vehicle following a breakdown call-out.
We received a link from them that allowed tracking the arrival of the driver. This worked very well, as we were able to go grab food while waiting for the truck.
The driver Khaled, was very helpful and knew his job well. He maneuvered through narrow roads to get to us and safely transported us and our vehicle to a garage of our choice.
