Had to leave a review because my experience was so above expectation that I had to do one so that people feel confident knowing they are in good hands when they visit this shop. Jimmy is trustworthy and beyond helpful and very honest. He could have made a lot more money off me but advised me to go back to phone network company and claim it free under warranty which I thought was so refreshing especially nowadays. His been there 10 years and I can totally see why. He even loaned me a phone while he fixed mine as I explained I needed the repair done ASAP.
Absolute legend and I won’t be going anywhere else for my electrical issues and needs for new accessories. THANK YOU!!!

After not being able to sort my new phone to transfer over from my old I phone. I went into jimmy's shop. Wow he sorted it all out, gave me loads of advice. And got my new phone working, he bought my old I phone too. I can’t recommend highly enough. On top of that is a lovely down to earth very decent chap.

Been using Jimmy to repair my phones for the past 7-8 years and cannot believe I have never left a 5* review…. He has always been professional, helpful always has manage to save my phone some how… Thank you Jimbo for the great service you offer would not trust any other phone shop or person but you.

Bought 2 x iPhone covers in January ‘25. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a 5 star rating then. Returned today with one of the covers, which was faulty. Complete opposite response. Very off-hand and dismissive. I would’ve recommended Jimmy’s highly before, but now would advise people to be careful about using this store.

THE BEST phone repair shop you will ever find. He is such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. We had a complicated problem with daughters phone and he spent hours fixing it and only charged us £15.
