Best moving experience ever. Had my items shipped from Essex to Seattle and the crews showed up on time and were really respectful. The US Rail company were having issues in the Chicago exchange which held up my shipment for a few days however the people at Oceanair kept me informed the entire time (they aren't responsible for the rail companies delays).

Don't think I will use this company again ever. While the managers were responsive, the crew made my move horrifying. I got pretty expensive furniture so I paid a lot of money to have the move done properly. Results? on the packing day, my furniture was moved without proper protection, I literally saw items getting bumped around my house, in the staircase. Now the items have been delivered, there are scratches everywhere, chipped tables chairs... etc. Some of the marks could only be caused by items being put on the ground unprotected and dragged. All in all, horrifying!
