Excellent service from start to finish during a stressful time. The attention from Peter and Romal was first class and on the day we stored all our goods they went the extra mile to enable our removal guys to unload as efficiently as possible. Finally and in my view important the pricing from the day of enquiry was competitive and consistent unlike some of the other storage groups. Would recommend.

I've been using this storage facility for a couple of weeks now, and it's been a great experience so far. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. I want to give a huge shoutout to Peter, he's an absolute diamond! He was incredibly helpful and made the whole process a total breeze for me. Romal and Peter at Waltham Abbey Branch have always been extremely pleasant and courteous every time I've visited.

In particular, I had an issue with my payments because my bank messed up a fraudulent transaction. They were extremely understanding and helpful. The matter was resolved promptly and with minimal fuss.

The storage itself was a great size,
reasonably priced, and the site was always clean and tidy.

The facilities were excellent in terms of access because of their extended hours from 6 until 10. The app worked well and was user-friendly.

The guys at Waltham Abbey are great! They are so helpful and accommodating. Security is good too and you have lots of choice by way of size of their units. I'm happy I went with The Self Storage Company in Waltham Abbey and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is an amazing storage facility. Peter and Romal are lovely. They are both so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The storage rooms are spotless, so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor. Very well organised and run so efficiently without any fuss or extras. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have been using this self storage for sometime now.
Great experience all round.
The facilities are clean, safe and exceptionally well run.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and welcoming.
I would like to mention in particular the store manager Peter, he goes above and beyond to ensure customers are looked after, his customer service is a whole new level of 5 stars, absolute delight to do business with.
