If I could leave - stars I would.. do not rent off this company they are liars and thieves. I rented a garage for over 3 years at Chigwell rd I reported to them numerous times that people keep parking in front of the garage and there wasn’t nothing done about it. Lee lied to me saying they get parking tickets which when I found out the persons responsible for parking there they said they never received a ticket. Despite that I’ve always paid my rent without fail. They told me they were putting the rent up in early February which I immediately told them I wasn’t going to pay for because I could never gain access when I wanted to and immediately gave them notice to vacate the premises. When it come to getting my deposit back of £200 they back dated the increase to December and kept my deposit. This company are nothing deceitful lying thieves just after one thing…. MONEY. STEER WELL CLEAR. Whatever they have in response don’t listen because as I’ve explained its coming from compulsive liars

I have been with Dudrich since they took my garage over. Whenever I have a problem with maintenance they are on it straight away even if it's a temporary fix to be rectified for parts that need ordering.
I am very pleased with the price too.
The staff are always pleasant to talk to too.

Efficient, polite and great service!

I have rented several garages from Dudrich for many years and find them helpful and swift to answer queries / calls.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can't fault the landlords on efficiency. The garage complex is kept well but on taking ownership of the garage it apparently had not been checked - the door mechanism is very ropy. To close the door it needs to be kicked as it sticks on the ground and when open it drops down hitting you on the head unless I wedge a plank to hold it in place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not use this company, they hire out leaking garages at a premium cost and take no responsibility for it! They say they check them but evidently they don't. They give you no leeway when it comes to late payment fees, they are the first to come chasing and demanding additional costs. Poorly run, awful ethics, no wonder their reviews online are all so dreadful.

As a company they do not care of the environment and have zero social responsibility, despite the site of there garages attract anti-social behaviour and are nuisance to the neighbours.
They cannot work with the local residents nor have the courtesy of replying to there numerous emails.
