We had a very lovely and pleasant experience with this self storage.It was the first time when we used a self storage and the manager and all the other workers had been very helpful explaining the steps to follow. Also they have the best prices compared with other companies and also is located in a very good location in Poole.The manager Michelle and Gina had been very friendly!

Very welcoming staff, Gina, Michelle, Jen and I think her name is Julie always friendly and also accommodating for my needs. Really helpful and after over a year there I have never had a problem. Great system, decent size and security. However.... Price increase is tempting me to look elsewhere but that's purely based on the fact that it's a business account. Thank you ladies
