Do not have anything packed or delivered from this company Enfield Mail boxes.I had two lots picked up from a local auction house and I only received one of the items.Plus when I received the parcel it had a big split down the side where they only used a single wall box instead of a double wall box,and they packed it with old newspaper.This is the worst packaging company ever.No communication either there not bothered as long has they’ve received payment to deliver your parcel.

Literally just got back from dropping off my parcel. The staff member was extremely rude, it was my first experience sending off a parcel (via drop off) and the lady was correcting me in a rude manner. I understand that I got the terminology wrong but your staff member was very impolite. What a shame!

Tried to charge me money to leave a prepaid fedex parcel there to be picked up as it is an authorized fedex drop off point. Claimed that the charge is for administration purposes. Went up the road and dropped it off for free at another location
