I’d give 0 stars if I could!!! They was supposed to deliver my parcel Wednesday and collect a parcel on Thursday. They failed to deliver on Wednesday with no communication they just didn’t turn up even though I waited in all day, said they would deliver the next day gave me a time slot but showed up 45 minutes early while I was taking my children to school. Got automated service on the customer service number. Phoned the company where I purchased my item from to be told they stated I refused the parcel (I didn’t I wasn’t home as they came to deliver earlier than stated) and that they would have to re order for the collection as it’s down as a refusal. I’m still waiting for my parcel and collection from this absolute joke of a company. I will not be using them again. AVOID!!!

I had a very positive experience when collecting my parcel. I was welcomed by a very friendly man named Mario who helped me to locate my parcel. He was very cheerful and made an effort to have a conversation with me. Mario also provided me with a trolley to take my parcel to my car. I was dubious about having my delivery sent here due to the previous negative reviews I read but I'm more than happy to provide a positive review.

I would give no star, they are absolute useless, they outsource their drivers for collection and so the package takes more than 2-3 days to reached the recipient, use UPS instead more cheaper and when you pay for next day it arrive next day, unlike DHL you pay for next day but for 2 days sitting in collection depot at Enfield.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. You’d think with a global company like DHL, they would have a dedicated team of *humans* rather than a basic automated robot as their ‘customer services’ It’s appalling. I’m furious that my driver bypassed my house and didnt deliver. Now i’ve lost tracking with no one to speak to. It’s just really bad form.

After 4 days delay, I decided to come and collect my parcel. I drove 40 minutes to DHL office and nobody cared about it. More than 45 minutes waiting at counter finally someone asked me my parcel number. Absolutely disappointed.

Say they attempted delivery but didn't bother ringing the buzzer all calling me. Did they expect me to wait outside for the to turn up? Can't even get through to a human to speak with. Just an automated system.

Most useless delivery company going received a delivery Time slot and told package out for delivery
Then received a message Saying there problem with my delivery And now my item will be delivered the next working day once it was out for delivery totally unacceptable unable to leave zero stars that’s why I give him one star delivery

If I had the chance to give no stars I will! The most fake unreliable and scam delivery company. I have been waiting for my delivery 5 days in a row. I have been home all the time and driver claimed there was no access How does this make sense when u didn’t even call or ring the door bell. I checked on the tracking map to see his been attempting to deliver on a different address mate do you not know how to use google maps Simple as if you dont know the address you call the customer to find out. I have been chasing customer service to find out the number doesn’t work I then called DHL and got the number for eCommerce they said it will be re delivered the next say but the same thing has been going on again and again. I mean what kind of drivers work do they not know how to type address and come and deliver. I have received many deliveries from all companies and no one has failed to deliver except for this rubbish company! Now reading at other reviews its the same thing they have done to everyone. Beware everyone and try to avoid them. Now next minute when I call customer service they say my parcel is missing hahah, how can it go missing? Most likely they don’t deliver and steal the deliveries. I had also wrote a complaints email and no one has even got back when they were meant to respond within 24hours. The customer service is as bad as the delivery drivers its all seems like a mastermind game they are playing. I am extremely angry and would never use them ever again! Very soon they will be out of business shame on you DHL ecommerce.
