Great tip , really quick great staff

Ordered by my 93 year old mother the calendar to give to her grandson. Not turned up after weeks and they say they have to wait for it to be returned before they resend. Shocking customer service to a very old lady who is super stressed about a calendar - staff not confident to give me their names. Says it all
