Store & Secure were amazingly generous in giving me a good rate for a 3 month storage contract. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the units were clean, tidy and well lit. Contacted the team when I was moving house; I needed to put stuff into storage. They were super flexible and accommodating as I didn’t know how long I was going to need the units for. The site is very well kept and clean and tidy. The staff super personable and so professional!

Unfortunately it turned out this wasn't for me, own fault as I should have checked things such as opening times, realistic distance from where I needed etc. Realised I'd made a mistake and caused myself a potential large amount of work stress, and Sophie couldn't have been more helpful. When I explained that I'd made a mistake she quickly, professionally and without any fuss refunded my initial amount with a smile. Absolutely delightful to deal with.The facility itself looked very clean, secure and well managed. Although not for me at this time, the service I received warrants a highly recommended.
