Our company rented a unit from Matt several years ago, and as our business grew we ended up with six separate units and a storage yard for a period of almost ten years. We finally outgrew the units due to significant expansion, but had great service and assistance throughout this period from Matt, and if we had not had to expand we would still be there quite happily - good service, good security, and good units all around ):

Very good experience from start to finish!!
We needed storage ASAP as we were flooded. The container we had was brand new and very clean for all our valuables. Friendly customer service, quick and very secure. Thank you so much for all your help in our time of need!

Used Junction 30 Storage Ltd for 8 months whilst I was moving home to the area, no complaints here. Matt, the owner, was very helpful and the monthly charges were reasonable. The container itself was dry with no leaks and my belongings were not damaged nor spoiled. Very happy.

Always found junction 30 storage to be a ideal place near motorway to store , access was secure and well lit at night, staff always seemed helpful

Used this storage during a house move . We had all our stuff there for two months. The containers are clean and totally dry inside and everything came out in the same condition as it went in.
Great access and Matt the owner of the site is friendly, helpful and very obliging.

The storage facility itself is brilliant, can’t fault it. The staff were very helpful, it’s ending the tenancy that’s a pain. The accounts person tried to charge me a months worth of storage I didn’t even use, when I showed them the contract start date, the decent thing would have been to admit their mistake and apologise but instead “good doing business with you”. She needs to go on a customer service course, she is clearly lacking in that dept.
