We are currently using Ustore's storage facilities whilst moving properties. Really straightforward and easy to arrange a rental agreement for one of their storge units.

The units themselves are clean, secure and priced at a reasonable rate, giving us one less thing to worry about during the moving process. There is insurance in place also. We found the little touches (sack carts available to help unload, wedges to prop the door open) also made the actual moving process easier also.

Would use again if we had any storage needs, thanks Bob & the Ustore team

I cannot recommend this wonderful family run business enough. Such a pleasure to deal with, really easy setup. Clean and adequate storage units with great rates and highly secure. We used them short term for a house move, only leaving due to no longer selling the house. If I ever need storage again I would not hesitate to use Ustore in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!

I found this storage unit advertised locally after the rates at my last storage went sky high and quality of staff went down hill so I decided to look for a better place and cheaper solution. I am so glad I found this storage facility which is family owned and run to a high standard which is very clean and dry. I have been impressed by the friendliness and a genuine appreciation to help by the owners who are willing to go the extra step to make the customer happy. The temperature doesn’t change that much throughout the year as what I store is temperature sensitive it must be well insulated at a guess. I can hand on heart highly recommend this storage unit and I am very pleased to keep using this facility, keep up the great work guys

I used Ustore Holbrook for just over a year and they were excellent; Bob and Janita are very friendly and helpful and provide great customer service. The facility is also very good, a wide range of different storage spaces at a great price. Security is also very well done; access is monitored 24/7 and it's a secure and safe space to store belongings. I highly recommend them.

Recently moved from our previous long term storage unit into Ustore. Process was very easy and owners are very friendly and helpful and everything is explained about what to expect from Ustore. The units are clean and secure, there are sack barrows etc available to assist you moving items. Highly recommend anyone thinking of using a storage facility to use Ustore .

Nothing is too much trouble, they are very accommodating & if there is anything you want you can always give them a call, the units are lovely & clean would defiantly recommend this family business for a long term or short term storage solution.
