They tried to deliver a parcel Friday, no one home so they left a card saying they would try again Saturday, we stayed in All day and no re delivery so annoying

Had a parcel undelivered with a postcard explaining that I could either collect or order redelivery. There was nothing on the card specifying opening times so I assumed morning from 9am would be a good time to visit and collect. Went down on Wednesday morning to find they're not open on Wednesday morning. I went around to the back of the building as there were people inside, I had my postcard and identification with me bit was refused access to my items and told that they could not give me my post. I required my post that day for use bit the refused to help me out saying that they would arrange delivery for the following day. This is an absolute joke. How can you refuse me my post when I had all my credentials proving it belonged to me. Now the item is of little use to me and will need to be returned.
NEXT TIME ISSUE POSTCARDS WITH BETTER INSTRUCTIONS ON, OR BETTER STILL ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO COLLECT THEIR POST IF THEYRE CARRYING THE CORRECT CREDENTIALS AND IDENTIFICATION. YOU WERE NOTHING BUT UNHELPFUL YESTERDAY.

Useless. Only open for a very narrow window which is useless for those of us who work for a living.
Why can't Royal Mail leave parcels somewhere safe or with a neighbour like every other parcel delivery company do?

Genuinely the most useless post office on earth, they're never open when they're supposed to be. I wish my packages didn't come here at all. Once I ordered a new phone that was sent here and one of the staff was a very arrogant man and he said there wasn't anything there - when another staff member looked he found it straight away. Not shady or anything is it. Hate this place I wish I could give it no stars at all.

Says its open at 4pm online and on the door , waited 20 mins and a postman that called said "oh he's not opening tonight"
Useless service.
If your not going to open fine but please put it on a bulletin or at least a note on the door ...3rd time lucky tomorrow

Atrocious. Only open two hours a day during the week, no way for someone to retrieve an undelivered parcel if they work. The phone number listed on Google isn’t for this office, it’s a Royal Mail general number. No way to contact the office direct. These people are striking for more money while they barely do anything at all and don’t care to serve their customers. Pitiful.

The opening times are totally wrong! Seems that it is only open 08:00am until 10:00am, so, awaited of time and petrol! They probably have not had time to update the opening times with striking! Oh well!
