Alison who was working that day was amazing! Really helpful and supportive with all I needed to do.

Went through all the pricing and terms with me and got me setup very quickly.

I had to move up a size and she got it done within minutes.

I’d looked at another company already who were going to charge me double what access did. Very happy with the service, staff and overall experience. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

I made an order for storage plan and had a reservation of empty boxes delivery today. The costs were paid already as well. The result is that I waited all day for nothing, I made many calls but nobody answered, I wrote some email still get nothing. WHAT IS THE COMPANY DOING NOW !!!

Don’t be fooled by the 24h access option!! We arrived at around 6:15pm to put some extra stuff in the storage room and there’s neither anyone at the office nor the pin is working. We tried calling for 30mins and no one is answering. We read the terms and conditions in the website and it says at the very end in the tiniest font that this place doesn’t function 24hrs. Very disappointing and definitely do not recommend this.

Fantastic customer service, Zowie was extremely helpful nothing was too much. It is always helpful when you have excellent staff with such a professional attitude and understanding of the customer needs. I wish all places were as clean and tidy as this. Will continue to use.
