Warning avoid this courier at all costs!

Hassle Free Logistics have provided me with an appalling service, failing to collect and deliver an item even after more than two weeks. Hassle Free Logistics has experienced numerous failures at every level, and their communication skills are severely lacking. The company never once answered their telephone, and their email communication was rude and in most cases ambiguous.

HFL claimed they were unable to collect the package between 8 AM and 4 PM, even though they stated that the collection point shop closed at 4 PM. This ridiculous constraint was not highlighted during the all important consignment order phase.

Yet despite this, they notified me of a collection time slot between 4 PM and 5 PM. Contingency measures were quickly put in place for them to collect from a neighbouring business until 6 PM, but by their own admission, they did not approach the neighbour.

The name of their company, Hassle Free Logistics, is misleading; this has been the most hassle I’ve ever experienced. Two weeks have passed, and my package is still awaiting delivery. The manager has taken no responsibility for the company's failures, has provided no solutions, and has not even offered an apology he simply does not care. HFL is not a professional courier. Do not be fooled by their relatively low costs; in the end, you will pay.

This company is utterly useless I’m left wondering if they even exist. It would have been more successful to employ a man with a donkey. Fellow people do not use this courier!

I found this delivery company through posting a request for a quote online regarding collection and delivery of an adult bicycle. We communicated throughout the process, with which HFL were quick to respond and help through the process and keeping me updated at each step. I was given a delivery slot within the given timeframe and I got a call half an hour prior to delivery, which was very helpful!

Hassle Free Logistics is, without exaggeration, one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The name is laughable—there was nothing “hassle free” about this experience.

They managed to collect the wrong item simply because they didn’t bother to check what they were picking up. That’s not a small oversight—it’s sheer laziness and a total lack of care.

It then took nearly three weeks to deliver the wrong goods. When I contacted them to fix it, they refused to help unless I paid them more money—as if I should bankroll their incompetence.

Their brilliant solution? That I drive over 300 miles to collect the parcel myself. So much for logistics—they can’t even organize a basic delivery without turning it into a nightmare.

In short: Hassle Free Logistics is careless, greedy, and aggressively unprofessional. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away.

Picked up Wednesday and meant to be delivered Friday. Didn’t happen. Then following Wednesday slot - didn’t happen. Absolutely no communication and kept asking what was happening. Eventually got an email saying Thursday - no apology. Arrived damaged. Worst service ever.
