The dimensions are different from the description. I ordered before 2pm and paid to be post next day and I have received the package after 3 days because they actually dispatched it a day after I put the order. You will waste your time and money for postages and returns. The worst customer service too. I'll never mess up with this company again!

Not a good experience, paid the £12.50 upgraded next day delivery to ensure next day, DHL tried to deliver at 17:15 past our business hours of 9 to 5, spoke to Vital Parts customer service who were very unhelpful and said it was attempted delivery next day so my problem even though most business's work 9-5 hours - at leat have a disclaimer clearly on your next day deliveries showing that next day is 9am to 5:30pm so i can make an informed choice - so very poor business practices

Ordered item Tuesday paid for 1-2 day delivery as needed it by Saturday. Today is Friday and still no item received. Called awful custoner service and was informed the item hasn’t even been dispatched yet ?!?!? Asked for next day delivery they said they can’t Asked for my delivery costs to be refunded as it hasn’t came in 2 days that I paid for they said no ?!? What the hell ? Awful awful awful service will never order from here again ! If you need items within days be careful !!

Thank you for such amazing customer service.
I needed new plastic feet for dining room table and 6 chairs.
Using your fitting guide, I was able to choose from a wide selection, I picked the ones I needed and ordered them on a Saturday night and chose 3-5 working days as I wasn't in a hurry for them.
Monday morning I receive an email saying they have been despatched and would be with me shortly. I certainly wasn't expecting the delivery on the Tuesday morning.
Everything fitted perfectly and I'm so happy I chose your company.
Couldn't ask for better customer satisfaction than that.

Sent incorrect screws and refused to replace.

Sent counter-sunk screws for flat screw on glinders. This is our second order with Vital Parts, first order was supplied with flat pan-head screws and we were very pleased. Second order has been supplied with counter-suck screws that obviously do not fit tight against the flat of the glider. Raised this twice with Vital parts. Firstly, they agreed to send out correct screws, second call was followed up by an email saying........
" have raised this with our warehouse and they have advised that the countersunk screws are the correct screws.
They have advised that the screws will need to be screwed in tighter and further to secure them in."

Plently other suppliers offering teflon gliders - advise you to shop elsewhere.

I am a miniscule customer - looking for bits for my Lagonda- the website was great, the advice I needed by telephone was great, the delivery service was great and when I wanted to return a couple of bits- the service was great and immediate.
