It was a great Airport especially Terminal 2! The interior design was great and it was fascinating to be there. The only problem is that when I was collecting my luggage they would only send out 2-3 luggage every few minutes or so and that nearly made me miss my train! Great experience though.

Arrived at Manchester Airport with time to spare — parking was easy to find and clearly signed. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and polite. Security took around 20 minutes, which felt reasonable for a busy weekday morning.

Once through, Terminal 2 was bright, clean, and full of decent food and coffee spots. Grabbed a quick bite and found plenty of seating near the gate. Boarding was well-organised, and staff kept things moving without fuss.

Overall, a solid travel experience — efficient, comfortable, and much improved from a few years ago. Just arrive early, especially during peak times, and you’ll be fine.

Great airport! Manchester Airport left a very positive impression – everything was well-organized, clearly signposted, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the duty-free area offers a great selection of products at good prices. The airport is clean, spacious, and modern. Big plus for the convenient transport connections to the city centre. Highly recommended for both domestic and international travel!

I've been here 4 times, and it's been a good, straightforward journey getting to and from the gates.
My favourite terminal has to be T2 as it has a good variety of shops and the gates aren't too far away.

Manchester Airport is a very smooth, very well organised airport. Being one of the busiest airports in the UK, it's absolutely amazing. There's a lot of car parking by the airport and it's a very affordable price. Manchester Airport has a humongous selection, and 3 terminals make it spread out, and the ATC knows how to make sure the runways are running smoothly. Absolutely amazing airport, and I would highly recommend it. It's also got a great planespotting place with a British Airways Concorde on show!. P.S. : The planespotting area costs £5 for entry, but it's worth it.

Terminal 2 and 3 are nice, work fine. Terminal 1 is terrible! In the lower security, no bins for liquids, the staff just threw them on the floor. Get better T1! Apart from that, it's okay.

A very well maintained and managed airport. There are some renovations going on currently, but all redirections are clearly marked, so that there no inconvenience.

Parking, train station, busses, taxi - all available even if you don’t have booking. Super convenient railway station, 15 mins walk from the 1&3 terminals.

Overall I’d say, that this airport is not too busy (traveled through several times), but still save good amount of time for security. They’ve got new scanning systems now, so you don’t have to take our liquids, pc etc from your bag, but the scanning itself is longer.

Not many food places operate now, coz of works, but I assume it’ll change shortly)

It’s a good airport. Modern. Well appointed. Good facilities and amenities. Not much in departures before security. There is a WH Smith and a Starbucks. Protip: nowhere to sit in departures really so might not want to arrive too early. Can sit on the cement blocks outside if the weathers ok. After security the Duty Free is epic. The eatery options decent. Seating options are significantly better. Adequate. Another Protip: Boots is a really great store in my experience for travel amenities and snacks. Good variety of options and so many of the things you may be looking for at a reasonable price.
