Bags arrived 2 months late and were opened and some stuff was found missing. Poor communication and cooperation when enquiring about packages or any other information. Would never recommend, save your money.

Very bad service don't recognise as I I shipped goods from Libya several months ago and he did not deliver the goods, claiming that they had not arrived, while the shipping company in Libya assured me that the goods had not arrived.
He is dishonest and does not answer calls either. If you try to search for him, you will not find anything as he does not have a company headquarters. All he has is a rented storage place.

Service is awful. Doesn't answer calls. Communication is very poor. Sent them message for the unit i want send and asking for price all they reply with is "Yes we do" and thumbs up I asked repeatedly for price nothing been given. Very awful!

BY FAR THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
● CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS APPALLING,THEY DON'T ANSWER CALLS,POOR COMMUNICATION AND HAVE LIMITED EXPERTISE.
● NOT ONLY WAS I CHARGED AN EXTORTIONATE PRICE WHICH KEPT CHANGING, I WAS THEN INFORMED, THAT IN ORDER FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE AT IT'S FINAL DESTINATION,I HAD TO PAY EXTRA MONEY WHICH WASN'T AGREED UPON INTIALLY.
● TO TOP IT ALL,THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL HAD TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO RECEIVE IT ,WE WERE DOUBLED CHARGED.
●I AM LITERALLY FUMING AS I AM WRITING THIS.
