Delivery service at this branch is absolutely appalling. Possible cover up for the loss of my item, which I went to collect (within the 18 day period) only to be told that it had been returned to sender. And nobody at the office wanted to take responsibility for the error, or even explain why?

Phone number doesn't exist. No post for 9 days although NHS app shows letters.. is this now an alternative week delivery like bin collections

Staff are simply great and helpful. However people, be informed their hours have changed yet again (don't match their website nor Google's). Had to kill an hour just to go and collect 😅
I took a photo so hopefully people won't have to waste time the way I did.

Shocking experience and attitude received from staff member on the front desk this morning. Everyone understands the pressures and problems at the moment with the virus, but the rudeness of this individual was off the scale - they should NOT be dealing with the public if that is their attitude. I suspect he would rather be sitting at home receiving 80% pay instead. RM need to sack this nasty individual as he is not a reflection of my experience with other staff.

Mail addressed to my wife at No 20 (rather than No 30) would have gone astray had it not been for the eagle eyed postman who spotted the mistake. It was flowers for her birthday - perishable! This could easily have gone so badly wrong, we don't know them at No 20 so they would have returned the parcel to the Sorting Office..... and on the hottest day of the year! So thanks so much to him.......many Brownie points!!

Popped in with a problem this morning and the gentlemen on the counter couldn't do enough to try and solve the problem for me. Way and above my expectations the problem was solved there and then. Would give 5 stars but it was blooming freezing in there.
