Piece of paper just put thorough the door telling us it was short of postage. Doorbell not rung my mother is 93 and I am disabled but my hearing still works. Have now had a delay on a package I needed for Christmas. I have paid the postage online but won't get delivered until the 27th so useless for Christmas.

Useless, my parcel has been held by them and no attempt made to deliver it today. I will now have to attempt to pick it up during the tiny window of opening hours. And then they wonder why other delivery companies are taking all their business.

Opening hours are crazy to work around when your a night shift worker, 2 hours out of 24 in a day definetly needs reviewing, maybe hire more staff for those day time hours, you definitely make enough to make the change

Terrible opening times, not changed since Covid restrictions. Last parcel delivered to me was left on my doorstep directly next to a public pavement. Do not seem to be leaving parcels with a neighbour at all. Awful

With a service as bad as this failed to deliver office tradrcroft closed 10 am and they expect people to support there strike I say get rid of post office put it all out to tender so we the public can get a decent service
