Passport renewal. I thought this was going to be a fraught experience. Wrong!!! The delightful counter staff handled the whole process in a clear and informative way. Engaging personality too. A very pleasant experience in todays wretched society .Many thanks

When I first arrived lady was super helpful and lovely checked my provisional application and gave me reassurance, went to complete the rest of my form package up ready, waited 30 mins in the queue, got to the booths again spoke to a different lady as the position had closed and just basically said I’m not too sure if this the right way to package my documents and if it was ready to be sent off.

Lady with brown hair turned round and snapped said she wasn’t trained to help, refused to check it, I said you might want to seal it and she just passed it back in silence.

I understand people might have a rubbish day but to someone who has never used a post office, a dismissive tone and attitude even if I’m asking silly questions shouldn’t be spoke down upon.

Interaction was 3-4 mins tops but just don’t expect to be spoken to like that especially when the lady over in the next booth was really friendly and explained what the process of sending off was.

Just wanted to check it was okay in their eyes to send. Really do struggle with anxiety so this really did make me abit emotional. Hope the brown haired lady has a better day tomo 😘

Staff were friendly and helpful, only a two counter operation so queues were long. Half the ceiling was missing and cables exposed, guessing its having some work done.

Being the day after a holiday the queue was a mile long with just 2 assistants serving people. However when I got to the desk- Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful in finding me an envelope and understanding why I had no clue how to send a registered letter; she was patient and kind and didn’t make me feel rushed. A very good experience.

Went in to get my passport renewed. The staff were so helpful advising me that they could do it on the tablet. So simple. A very good service. Had a lovely chat with the ladies and bought some great gift items on the way out. A lovely little shop with loads of beautiful local crafts. Well done Weymouth Post Office. Its nice to be served by friendly polite and informative people.

I managed to pop in to renew my driving licence in the nick of time! Thanks to Hannah for happily working past her shift. She was welcoming regardless of time. Hannah was also helping two newly trained members of staff. Fantastic customer service! Friendly, efficent & professional. Very much appreciated. Thank you!

Sarah was efficient kind and professional today during what was an extremely busy period.
I was excluded from updating my driving licence online as I do not have a UK passport and I fear that many others must be in the same situation. I can only hope they encounter such a helpful service. Thank you Sarah

Too be truthful I could have filled it in,
But didn't have time too sit there all day and run around town like a headless chicken.
What I did do was goo go to the post office and ask them for help.
The form has just come back again.
After being reassured that the girl was happy...

(Really good,I'm trying too get my paper licence changed,as well as my address,and it's just endless pharting about going here ,there and everywhere,getting a photo taken,who knows where my birth certificate is,was,or even if I still got it,and as for forking out something in the region of £86..for a new passport ,just another tax .
Certain people ,( my little sister,Sally ) who shall be nameless filled in the first two,and both have come back ,as though it's a written test at my old school.
But and here's the but. .
Sarah ,and her colleague,took one look this morning at all of the papers I presented too her,and she didn't bat an eyelid,she went through it ....and filled in the missing numbers for which I thank her for.
They say it's the digital age,isn't at all .
It's people like Sarah and her colleague her keep the post office in profit.
It's a pity it's not owned by Us
Because we would get a share come in handy this time of year (heating)
And I give both the girls a substantial rise...
