Tried buying a D.r pepper for £1.40. This didn’t scan. The woman ended up typing what I thought was £1.40 into the cashier. Turns out she charged me £91.40. Didn’t realise until I got home. I live 2 hours away so not like I can pop in. I tried calling and calling and calling, no pick up.

I am disgusted. Will be taking legal action through my bank if they do not contact me.

Ive used this shop for years but won't anymore. I've noticed the buisness is either under new ownership or management and the place is useless now. Staff couldn't help me with my issue so she went to get the new owner and he was completely clueless, it was like talking to a child about the things he was selling in his shop. I then decided not to get the aspire vape pods for my vape as no one including me knew if the one they had would work due to it being different to what ive always brought in that shop.

I then went to the till to pay for 3 items that I had that were price marked with a set price. £1.25 + £1.25 + £1.50 does not come to £5.09! You are not legally allowed to change the prices and charge more for price marked items.

I didnt not pay the higher prices and left, so check before you pay because the new owners are clearly trying to con people!

The young ladies in this PO are very helpful and nice. Big👏 to Sara who was extremely helpful in aiding me to print a label for a return package. Would not have been able to do so without her assistance

Always a pleasure to use this shop, so convenient, stocks most food items, wines and spirits. Post office is good for parcels to be redirected due to covid and office in town minimal hours of opening now. Highly recommend.
